We run a high tech business, using video-conferencing and working in paperless offices. The features of the ShoreTel system recommended and installed by IVN have worked well. On the recommendation of a business associate, we engaged Integrated Voice Networks to install a Panasonic telephone system at our new offices in the heritage listed council chambers at Redcliffe.
We wanted to use a local business if we could, and we were very impressed by the great service we received.

The most important thing for us was the excellent communication. Whatever we asked of IVN was followed up straight away, and Peter Gibbs kept us updated on all developments. There was no need to chase him for information or progress reports.

The system itself is very good because after our first meeting IVN customised the options and features to suit our specific business needs. We were also happy with the level of training provided.

Relocating to a new building, especially an old building undergoing renovations and without the necessary telephone connections, is a big exercise. I would like to pass on our satisfaction with, and let you know that we are very pleased with the service and advice we received from IVN when upgrading our old telephone system. By using SIM diallers, we saved $1,000 in call costs in the first month alone. . . .

For a $200 outlay for the diallers, this was an excellent investment.
The new Panasonic system has better software and flexibility, and it allows us to add many more phones as we need them. IVN gave great service and Nigel was exceptional in his workmanship. We were without a phone for about 10 minutes, so there was minimal disruption during the installation.

What impressed me most about dealing with Integrated Voice Networks was that Peter Gibbs took time to understand our business at our initial meeting to ensure we were getting a product most suited to our requirements. We were replacing an old, but good quality Panasonic phone system, and we were not after a high tech solution. In fact, we wanted to keep the existing telephones. Peter recommeded a new Panasonic system that would be upgradable to accommodate the businesses growth in the future, he didn't try to push us down the most expensive path and we are very happy with the result.

The technician who did the installation (Dan) was also incredibly professional, arriving early in the morning and working solidly all day to deliver a very high quality job. I have managed businesses for 25 years and it is rare to find people who have a fantastic work ethic, are specialists in their field, while at the same time being good communicators. It was a very pleasant surprise.

We have been very happy with IVN's top notch service. We went from a phone system with 2 incoing lines to a much more flexible system with 100 indial numbers that can cater for fluctuations in demand for our services.

From the outset, Peter Gibbs took the time to make sure we were well informed about what was going on so we could maked educated decisions. The follow through was excellent too, with the installation going smoothly and the IVN team working closely with our IT people to ensure the least disruption possible. I was very pleased with the decision to engage Integrated Voice Networks to replace our old telephone system.

The new Panasonic system is brilliant with features that meet our current needs, especially the ability for consultants to work from home when required. In addition, the system will integrate with new software which will help us to better manage customer relations, and we expect a significant reduction in our monthly telephone bills.

However the thing that impressed me most was IVNís professionalism and willingness to fix any problems straight away. The team from IVN bent over backwards to sort out some issues that arose during the installation of our system.

Everyone from IVN was very accommodating and easy to work with. For instance, they held the original quote for four months while we relocated offices. Absolutely no pressure. They also coordinated well with the other contractors, and Peter Gibbs was very effective with Telstra on our behalf.
